I don't own a FRDM-KL25Z and I'm not that into "mbed" but I was willing to develop a shield that could be told to be pinout compatible with UDOO NEO and FRDM-KL25Z.

from brochures the NEO has digital I/O on the outside strip of the headers (arduino on the inside), while the KL25Z looks the opposite.
this would involve different distances between the headers and no possibility for a unified shield (could you confirm this?!).

by the way I'd rather prefer the NEO style because in the KL25Z a generic shield would cover the digital I/O... waf?!...

    Hi there SO_yeah,
it means that the same shield is not suitable for both the boards. Is this what you were talking about?
    Cheers

yes! I was wondering that, because at first sight the headers looked the same.
