If it's possible, how can I use a 5 inch TFT display in my UDOO NEO?

I am an inexperienced student and I would buy a 5-inch screen , however, do not know what should I choose and how do I add it to udoo neo , can you give me a hand?
For example, can I use this one https://www.adafruit.com/products/1680 ?

So for all displays outside of the official I'm forced to recompile the kernel?

It depends on the connection. HDMI or LVDS? For LVDS you should recompile the kernel. HDMI is supposed to work by default regardless of the screen.

ok, another question: is Adafruit DPI Display Kippah compatible with UDOO?
If so, I should recompile the kernel if I buy a TFT display?

Adafruit DPI Display Kippah is a shield for Raspberry Pi. Since Raspberry Pi has a different pinout it is unlikely that you will be able to use it without any tinkering. Anyway I suggest just to try HDMI. Or eventually LVDS with our displays. There are also other compatible screens, but there's no updated list. Guess you should search a bit in the forum for these screens.
