    Hi,
I have installed Ubuntu 16.04 on my 32GB SD Card and tried to use it with my Udoo x86 board. However it doesn't boot into the OS, I get the error message as "No bootable device - insert boot disk and press any key". When I press Ctrl+Alt+Del now, it goes into the OS. What should be done to rectify this?

Hi, install Ubuntu in UEFI mode onto the SD Card. The legacy mode install is unable to be read from the SD Card from a cold boot.

@Laura, Thank you very much. I created the USB bootable installation media in UEFI mode, then booted into it using UEFI mode in BIOS settings and installed the OS. Now its getting properly booted into the OS.
