i moved this from one of my other posts since its really its own topic In another thread (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=470) we have been discussing comparative benchmarking of the UDOO and other boards. While most boards in this class of products are still single core the UDOO and a couple others aren't. I haven't found any benchmarking tool for Linux and ARM that takes multi cores or SMP into account. This has really dampened my work in this area.. I can always use a tool that only uses one core and extrapolate the potential total ratings or values, but getting some script of tool that i can run on all my ARM based boards that will actually leverage all of the cores would be what i really need to find. Let me know if you have any suggestions, in the mean time i will keep searching for a good way to do some meaningful testing
