The Admins just starting allowing new members to create new threads.. there was a rule that they had to reply to an existing thread before being able to start a new thread. The UDOO team is also currently working on extra help handling Forum moderation so these things can be cleaned up faster, but for now just ignore the junk
I neat trick is to put a Spam board at the top of the list. Most bots will post in on the first board.
