GoLang on Udoobuntu?

Has anyone successfully installed GoLang on The Udoo and used it for coding in Go? I have been trying to get it installed and it won't finish compiling. I think the Udoo might be overheating or something. I have installed a fan to cool the CPU. I have the Udoo Quad and I'm new to Linux. Any help would be appreciated.

Then when I try to run a go file, it returns this: -bash: go: command not found

delba, I found this link. Will the ARMv7 link work on the udoo?

I was able to get it to work using the binary listed in my previous post. I did not have to compile it myself. Thank you for your help.
