Hi I am a new user of udoo neo board I was trying to access the web control panel but the web browser can´t connect, (i was using this ip address 192.168.7.2) what could be the reason? I followed al the instructions, in the advanced topics from udoo neo documentation to make my udoo work. I can use the COM port to use the udoo but i can`t acces to the web control panel neither the remote desktop. let me teld you that i want to open the web control panel and the remote desktop to modify the divice tree and to conect my wi-fi module to a net, there is any way to do this by the command line?
Are you sure the Neo is booting correctly? It looks like it is not. What OS (Udoobuntu, Android) are you using? These functions only work on Udoobuntu. Can you remotely connect to the Neo with SSH or vnc? Can you connect the Neo to a HDMI monitor or TV and boot? Then there should be a desktop visible.
Sorry I forgot that details well I am using udoobuntu and yes, it boots correctly also the ssh works in my laptop but the vnc not, now I dont have a HDMI cable to be sure about the the desktop but if the ssh works why the session with vnc not? By the way my laptop have windows 7, if that make any difference.
I really have no idea why SSH is working and vnc not. The only thing I can think of is your PC is blocking some ports. Perhaps temporarily switch off your firewall to check? Just another thought, you are not using the udoobuntu minimal image are you? Do you have a Neo with Ethernet connection? Because then you could use that connection instead of the usb. Connect the neo to your network and it should be accessible through the IP adress given by your router.
In the right is the session with putty (message of vnc says that the connection was rejected) I am using the desktop image and I dont have the ethernet connection :/ I try what you say about the firewalls but it doesn't work.

Sorry, I dont know. Still wondering why remote VNC and web conf panel are not loading. Did it ever work? Perhaps try another PC to connect the Neo with (friend, family)?
