Existing Intel CPUs need to support AVX (Advanced Vector Extensions) to use Tensorflow 1.5 or later. This is an important part of the SBC Board decision.(UDOO BOLT V3 or V8)
On Windows 10, TensorFlow can be installed via either "pip" or "anaconda". Python comes with the pip package manager, so if you have already installed python, then you should have pip as well. The package can install TensorFlow together with its dependencies.
