Like in my subject i'm very disappointed about the manage of this forum :evil: There is no support about udoo team, i need to put a message on tweeter https://twitter.com/UDOO_Boardor facebook to have an answer :shock: I imagine that the staff have a lot of work, and thank them for this card but before to make new product like fizzly or a new web site, please engage a new person to manage the forum ... Now there is some pub on different message with AnthonyLon :x . Time to react ... If someone share the same idea with me, please let your message after me, perhaps we can have a reaction of udoo team ....
I agree about the need of a more active commitment of the udoo staff in the forum activity. They probably expect the comunity to help itself to some degree and this is fine. But they must keep a closer look to unanswered questions. The comunity is not big enough to be self sufficient and some questions can only be answered by the developers.
Hi , I agree. if it's so hard to delete and prevent some spams/reklams.....there's nothing to say. I can't expect to help me , they can't help themselves.
We appreciate the criticisms, we always did. They help us to improve (as long as they're constructive). About the website, we felt something has to change in order to give to the UDOOers a better experience in our portal. In this way the community will benefit with great more tutorials and projects with a renewed user experience. To recap: thanks for your consideration, we'll try to improve ourselves like we always did since the beginning of this adventure! BUT Fizzly and the New Website have nothing to do with the way we manage the forum and both of these activities absolutely do not take away time from the UDOO community
Delba, thank's for your reply . If we writing this criticisms (i talk for me) is that we like this card (and your work on this) but we have some problems and nobody to resolve them --> two reason, the community is recent and little for the moment (compare to arduino or raspberry pi) and we don't have your support on the forum. I think the most important thinks to growing the community is to have a good support and the word of mount make the rest ... Another thing, they have many administrator declare on this forum but just you (delba), ekirei, gionji answer the message. Where are the other ? I hope sincerely that this situation will be better soon as possible :?:
