The board has power, however the CPU is in sleep/hibernation mode.

    Had the problem just now....
After you have de-energized the board, press the small black reset button in the upper right corner of your picture. Then go to the BIOS and reset all settings. After you have de-energized the board again, restore your original settings in the BIOS. After another restart you should be able to boot your board normally again.
In this way I got my board back to boot correctly. Maybe there is another easier way, but I didn't find anything about it on the internet.

The board boots when you press the small power button next to the orange LED (at the side of the board). My UDOO always has the orange LED when I power it down from Windows.

Try another cable and another monitor or TV. The UEFI output is a little bit picky in accepting monitors. Also use a normal keyboard, not a wireless one to press the ESC button (a lot!!)

I've got the same problem. I just get the yellow light and can't turn it on. Is there a way to try to fix this?

Is it a new board or did it run before? If it is new please go to the startup section of the documentation. If it is a running board it looks like it cannot boot anymore.
Do you see Udoo logo at boot?
Did you try another monitor and/or HDMI cable?
Did you try to boot with a Ubuntu live USB?

I've tried the Ubuntu Live USB but it just won't boot..
No, i even can't see a boot logo, it just won't wake up from standby.

I've had it boot up once some time ago, but the internal storage always worked very crappy, but now i have some more time.. i tried to spend some more time to fix it.. but now it just doesn't start up.. :(
