Is it possible to upload Arduino Due software via USB port, and not from Linux/Arduino IDE running on UDOO itself ?
Do you have a patch for Arduino IDE 1.5.x so it could recognize UDOO?

    Thanks in advance.

I just read the wiki pages, and infact this is the only way you can currently program it. You have to boot the udoo without a sd card in it. andplug in a cable to cn6 and programm it as a arduino due in the arduino ide.

Yeah, but that info is pretty old and reflects the Rev.A boards. One of the things they were using the kickstarter funds for was to work on getting the other 2 methods listed in the Wiki working. I assume they did, but I guess we'll have to wait to hear from the Udoo team over the next week about that.
