    Hi,
    I've got an Udoo-Quad that run like weather station with some sensor connected to the Arduino pinout...
    I've now dismiss the weather station and i was re-use the udoo like a server...unfortunately the usb stop working...
    The 2 usb ports power up the devices, i've try with an external hdd and it turn on correctly, unfortunately on dmesg i cannot find any information about the new devices connected in the usb ports...

    I've try many devices...Usb mass storage, wifi dongle, mouse/keyboard dongle, webcams...
    No one appear on dmesg...
    I've also try some other distribution installed in a fresh SD, but the problem still remain...

    Have you got some idea on how i can identify the problem?
    Thanks

    Ps. with lsusb i can just find the usb hub...

    What OS are you running now? Udoobuntu 2?
    How do you power the QUAD, with a normal 12V, 2A adapter?
    Can you VNC or SSH the Quad when you connect it with network (LAN)?

    1) I've try with UDOObuntu 2.1.2, UDOObuntu v1.1 and Armbian 5.25.
    2) I use the stock 220->12v adapter
    3) Yes, i can just connect to Udoo over SSH on thernet, because usb keyboard/mouse are not working so i cannot pass the login and use deskop DE

    The only thing I can think of is using another power supply.
    Else contact Udoo customer care
