support/availability seems long into the future but theres not much support in terms of live support.
Does not have NAND or EMMC or onboard except for the arduino part, for that refer to the ARM based arduino which only accepts 3.3V
It has RTC circuit onboard i believe but not the battery.
Does not require any SW license for the hardware, for software it depends on what you use on it for anything not from udoo.

Sounds like you are prototyping commercially, and if support is important to you, drop them an email letting them know that you'll pay for support.

You can read specs like operating temperature from the page itself, go to the product page, download the brochures, specs, manuals and you may find your questions answered rather than asking here because all the details are on the product page itself.

Also please improve your english, seems like you did not bother to read about udoo itself on the website and their products and jumped straight into the forums, this does not show a good image as a business. Read first and when you cannot find what you're looking for then ask, as many of your questions are literally answered in the udoo product page for downloading pdf files.
