Hi, when is a final version of UDOObuntu expected to be realsed? I suppose RC stands for Release Candidate, more or less still like a beta version: are developers working on a final release or UDOObuntu 2 RC2 should be considered the final and stable OS version?
Dear Jack, we are working on a new version. But honestly this is not the highest priority with UDOO NEO. The highest priority is to port Arduino libraries and to solve the serial connection problem between the Cortex A9 and the Cortex M4. The current version is named RC2 because something, as you know, doesn't work yet, and we'd like to solve these problem before calling it UDOObuntu 2.
It makes sense Andrea, We all want the libraries and comm issues solved. Then you can have RC3 huh ;-)
