USB device not work on Ubuntu 12.04.

    I have problem with new Ubuntu 12.04. I have USB devices act like usb to serial port converter. It work fine on old ubuntu, it will show as /dev/ttyACM0. but with new 12.04 distribution. It not show in /dev/

    below is log from dmesg and lsusb after I plug usb device.

    # dmesg
    ...

    my usb to serial converter show as dev/ttyUSB0
