Dear Daniele86, save the mail you received once you made the purchase. Inside there should be the number of your order, that you can use to claim the warranty.

Dear daniele86, by default there is no warranty on Kickstarter, since we're not talking about purchases but donations. Nevertheless for UDOO NEO, as we did for UDOO Dual/Quad, we will guarantee a warranty to each backer for one year. Just save somewhere the backer ID that is related to the account you used to back UDOO NEO on KS. Whether you will use the warranty, just open a ticket and tell us your backer ID, so we can verify you as a real backer and take care of you.
