When UDOO think of my Kickstarter Reward me to deliver????
I think you're asking "When will you get your kickstarter board?" IF that's the case, you should have gotten in a couple months ago...

It's likely they are missing some of your information, or possibly that they shipped it but it never got to you, either way they will check into it for you
I saw you have an open ticket in our Customer Care system. The Support team will reply to you asap, i'm going to inform them as we speak.
Yes, I have a support ticket as you can read here http://www.udoo.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1050. The service is unfortunately very disappointing. On each request comes the answer "Tomorrow we will deliver" what did not happen.
OK now my UDOO is actually arrived. In the next days I'll dan entlich can experiment with it.
Conclusion of UDOO finally arrived, but the delay of over two months, and only after some pressure is not at all.

What can I say, crap happens some times... Unfortunately, you were the recipient of it this time around. This is FAR from the norm - for most of us, receiving our Udoo was painless and trouble free. I know it sucks when it happens (I've had similar issues happen to me when ordering products from other places in the past....) Paperwork gets lost, people get overwhelmed and misplace things, etc. It can happen to anybody when dealing with any company.
Please try to overlook it now that you have yours and I hope you can enjoy experimenting with it and find it to be the truly great tool that it is.
Stefan, in a way I've followed your issue and I've asked several times the shipping department to solve the problem as soon as possible... Crap happens some times.
