Getting rid of desktop enviroinment

    Hello all, is there a way to purge from Ubuntu ALL desktop enviroinment? I mean Unity, xserver, libs and other things? A simple way, of course.. :D

    have you considered starting with a Debian Minimal and adding what you need?

    Yes, of course, but I will try a armel distro and Debian is armhf.

    Thanks delba, but this one have also a DE.. I will try a Ubuntu "Server edition", without any reference of a desktop enviroinment. I have tried to unistall many packages from Ubuntu, but many, MANY packagess are still there..
