UDOO Wireless CONFIG

Hello everybody
I'm using UDOO NEO and I have a big problem that I don't have any way to discover any network ,is it broken ???

 

I suppose you mean you cannot find any wifi network?

 

It surely is possible that the WiFi chip is broken, it has happened to me. Therefore, if you are sure it should see a WiFi network and it doesn't, contact customer care and they will run you through a few steps in order to check if it is a hardware problem.

What if you use the network utility in the UDOObuntu desktop environment (in the bottom-right corner)?
You could also check the configuration of your wifi connection in a linux terminal with "iw"

(in the bottom-right corner) there is nothing !!! (( Error displaying connection information : no valid active connections found ))
even in linux terminal with "iw" !!!

 

Contact customer care, these are signs that the WiFi chip is broken.
