I received my new UDOO-X86 board yesterday. No hardware to mount Wifi or SSD cards.
Found nylon hardware at store 60 miles away. #6-x32 1/2" had to expand hole in board with drill to fit #6 hardware.

Plugged in HDMI, wireless keyboard/mouse USB dongle, and power.
    Green LED lights.
Screen counts down 5 seconds and goes to shell.

    Where is the Boot/BIOS System?

I have a UDOO Quad, UDOO Neo, and now a UDOO-X86.
Where is the document that says what you sent me -- packing list.
Do I have the EMMC? The video show an IC at the bottom of the board as the EMMC. I don't have that on my Advanced 3720 Board.

I look forward to your reply.

Follow these instructions to get your board up and running http://www.udoo.org/get-started-x86/

You have to press ESC to get into bios/UEFI.
The other questions I have no answer for.

Pay attention if you use wireless keyboard. In my case it did work (pressing ESC) just sometime because it couldn't connect with the dongle before the POST.
Instead i suggest a usb keyboard, at least for the setup process.

I had the same issue, and solved it by simply typing "exit" as a command in that shell. That took me straight to the BIOS/EFI
