Hi all, I've been using the Udoo for a year now, and would like to embed its hardware into my custom PCBA design; took me a while since it was my first BGA design. However I am having trouble finding manufacturers to make a 10 layer PCB with all the different vias and impedance controls. Can you tell me the manufacturer you used to develop the Udoo, or point me to a few manufacturers that have the capability? Thanks!
I think SECO manufactured the udoo neo however they specify a minimum order quantity for a custom design so it might be out of your price range if your wanting a small batch.
