The Udoo Bolt Gear comes with two power connectors and neither are for the UK, here is how I solved the problem. Using the US cable I cut the connector and wired it like the photo:
Yes, would not risk it otherwise . And also checked the output and polarity of the PSU. The earth is a greenish colour.
Those are the standard US wiring colours, strange but true. 13A fuse is not appropriate, it should always be a lower rating that the wire, so 5A or 3A, in this case.
