Longer Camera cable?

Can I buy a longer cable for the 5MP camera? I need more length.

I realized, reading the schematic of the rev.D, the camera connector should be an XF2M-1615-1A from Omron (catalog here: http://www.omron.com/ecb/products/pdf/en-sdlj-069k.pdf), but i can't find this model or something that looks like the one mounted on the board. Was that note just an alternative or is it the real connector mounted on the rev.D?

Anyway, the standard should be FFC (Flexible Flat Cable).

If you look at your UDOO rev.D and count the pins on CN11, they should be 20. But the silkscreen tells 16. Again, misleading information: are those 4 missing pins just for mechanical robustness?

The attachment is a screenshot from the camera-module web page, there's reported the code printed on the original cable (I guess).
At the end, should we look for 16-way (AWM 2896 16 pin) or 20-way (AWM 2896 20 pin) FFC longer-cable?

 

Until few meters can place the camera cable?

I found a longer FFC cable (30cm) with given specs from ebay but unfortunately the CAM does not work with it. Does anyone found a solution?
