I have two udoo quad boards, one is running perfectly fine (UDOObuntu_quad_v1.1), but when I insert the SD-Card from the good one into the "bad" one, the eth0 doesn't get its static ip-address and I can't connect to it.

Any Ideas what can cause this ...

Static IP is set from where? Set inside UDOObuntu in network manager?

Try to not assign the same IP. It could be that your router matches one IP to the MAC address of UDOO.

It is a direct connection between udoo and pc (no router in between).
This week i should get new sd-cards and i can give it a try with a fresh install...

    Perfect then.
If then you fail in testing a working SD on the UDOO that doesn't work then please open a ticket.

    Problem solved ...

NetworkManager "resolves" eth0 via mac-address which is different on the two boards ...
switched to more classic interface configuration (/etc/network/interfaces), to be able to use same sd-card (or clone) on multiple boards.
