I'd to suggest .....why don't you create a framework software library for java which allow us to use all of the features of udoo? The problem of all embedded system is that is difficult to use in proram code all of the powerfull . There is something in python but for an embedded system is too slow and not complete Otherwise , where can I find informations to do this job ? O have to studthe architecture of linux system , how to write driver device , how to wrap the files whose rapresents the devices...what else ....What I have to do to use my udoo in a complete way ? In Italian.....cosa bisogna studiare per poter essere in grado di utilizzare le potenzialità della scheda se voglio realizzare un server wifi o server lan o un controllore cn databases etc ? l'hardware è gia mappato dal kernel e nelle rispettive cartelle esistono i file che rappresentano la seriale , gli I/O etc ma per usarli in java non ci sono ovviamente le librerie per l'embedded ....in C/C++ scrivere dei wrapper da usare in java o nello stesso C++ ? E' un computer ma ancor aoggi a distanza di piu di un anno non lo sto sfruttando ed e' un peccato .Avevo scelto udoo proprio perchè è un prodotto italiano ma trovo meno materiale ed interesse rispetto ai prodotti esteri ....perche non fate un bel tutorial dove spiegate queste cose? PEr usare gli I/O in java si dovrebbero aprire i files relativi ad ogni pin , avete qualcosa gia fatto di prova ?
