How to connect to a network which has proxy settings?
I'm using UDOObuntu. I have tried adding few lines about the proxy settings in /etc/apt/apt.conf . I also tried creating a new file in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d & adding the proxy settings in that file. But nothing worked. I'm not able to access the Internet.

    Hello.
Maybe the problem is in the proxy you use for? Try another, like http://advanced.name, or other. It's not the problem to find another proxy-server.

Hello Flexiblus, you need to resolve the error Windows Could Not Automatically Detect This Network's Proxy Settings through running the network adapter troubleshooter method. To do it you need to right-click on the network connection icon is in your System Tray and pick to troubleshoot, it operates the Internet Connections troubleshooter. This is the reason you are having this error in the first place. For other solutions and related information, you can check out https://appuals.com/windows-could-not-automatically-detect-this-networks-proxy-settings/ this site now. To solve it you need to open Settings again and go for the option of Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Now press the option that says Additional troubleshooters, then pick Network Adapter from the list and go for the troubleshooter.
