    Hi!

I see that the Udoo not have battery to maintain the system clock. When I disconnect the power supply of Udoo and plug it back to the time is set to Thu Jan 1 1970 01:0:00 GMT.

Is there a way to put a battery to power the system clock only?

    Thanks!

    Thanks Lifeboat_Jim

My Udoo will not have internet connectivity always, I use a RTC connected to the Arduino, I ask to save knowing that Udoo has a clock, so I want to install a battery only for the system clock

While not having internet connectivity shelved and process the data wrong.

    Best regards!

That thread I linked covers two topics(network time & adding a battery for the RTC), they are a bit mixed together but if you read through you can separate them easily enough.

Yep, that was my thread/question Jim linked to - I did install a RTC since (a 3.2v CMOP battery with wiring/connector) and it holds time when power is lost and restored as I've tested it
