    Hello. Several years ago I foud Udoo Quad Project on Kickstarter and ordered it after launch.
    I bought for android carpc project but till now android build is completely unusable. Now I have free Udoo quad board and want to use it some way.
    So how can I use that board now? What distro can provide seamless experience without ton of bugs, lags and so on?

    Hello. I'm sorry you have got troubles using your board.
    However, you are not even specifying which Android version you are using. You are talking about "ton of bugs". Can you provide a list of those bugs? You can imagine is not possible to get help on a such generic message.

    Hello. So do you insist that android is working flawlessly, suitable for everyday use and performance is comparable with similar devices, such as tv box and so on? Bluetooth, sata, spdif, poweroff buttons operating correctly?
    I can't even change resolution for hdmi from 1080p on android 6.0 built and nobody cares.
    What are you talking about?
    I don't want to waste my time to try all other distros and ask for best one.

    Maybe someone can use it, but I - can't.
    All said early is - IMHO.
    Better try it and write review in android thread.

    I think you can try to use it. Hardware is good (especially on quad board) and arduino on board is amazing. Maybe someday we get stable release or you can build your own stable android and all would be fine. I hope...

    @iddqd
    You are off topic. Nobody, nor me nor @Francesco, is saying that everything is perfect. You are putting words in our mouth that we did not say.
    I just told you to open a new topic to talk about this problem, since the topic that you opened regards use cases, not bugs, so you're going off topic in your own topic.
    But given that you insist on going off topic in your own topic I've first changed the title, then I decided to close the topic because you and @NickoR are using it like a chat, with no central theme of discussion.

    EDIT:

    If you want to open a new topic to talk about bugs I'd be happy to read it - but remember to give us some more information, so we can help you.
    And of course, if you want to open a new topic about use cases I'd be equally happy to read it.
