I have the advanced plus board and Windows 10 build 1703 64-bit runs fine. When I tell Windows to restart, it never does. Instead, it powers down and the LED turns amber. I have to push the power button to restart.

BIOS is 1.02. "Power fail resume type" is set to "Always ON". No watchdogs are active. Wake on PME is enabled. I have C-states and other power-optimization settings as well but I don't know what would affect this.

Is anyone else seeing this? Perhaps, I'm not doing correctly or have a wrong BIOS setting?

    Thanks!

Mine does, but stays in the "amber" state for about 15-30secs before doing so.

Hmm. I wonder if I'm just not waiting long enough. I feel that I have waited a while but I'll check again. Thanks!
