Is it possible to boot using the DVI connection instead of using the HDMI connection?

If possible, which DVI connection to use, and if there is any settings to change?

Tried doing it from either DVI connection but it didn't work and can't seem to find any settings to enable that.

    Thanks!

    My apologies.
You are right I meant the mini dp ports and not dvi.

    Thanks

Yes, you can boot from mini dp as the main screen.
By default, output to hdmi, dp#1, dp#2 are all enabled in bios.
