Anyone know how long the LVDS cable can be? I've seen up to 10m mentioned, but I don't know what the case is specifically for udoo. I don't need that long (maybe 10-15').

Any plan for udoo to offer LVDS extension cables? Or anyone know of a source?

In theory, if you're careful 15' isn't too difficult to achieve I think. LVDS throughput will drop off with distance but you ought not to notice it below 15' if you are careful.

I plan on going about 5', using Shielded Twisted Pair(multiple bundled together, obviously) but will also try 15' whilst I'm about it (IE prep 2 cables, 1x 5' and 1x 15' and try both).

I'll look forward to hearing how that works for you. I definitely will be going shielded, it'll be in a vehicle with plenty of noise around.
