I have Udoo advance eMMC 32Gb, UEFI v.1.00, Ubuntu 17.04 64 bit, logitech wireless keyboard. I set the "suspend when inactive" to 30 min., "Brightness & Lock" to turn screen off when inactive for 10 min. and "Lock" ON, "Lock screen after": screen turns off. However, I have not been able to wake up the system with the keyboard once it's suspended. Is this related to UEFI setting? Thank you very much for the help.

Try disconnecting the HDMI cable from the Udoo and then reconnecting and see if your system now comes out of suspend when you press the on button.
