Hi - It seems like UDOO and RPi camera modules use CSI interface. Can I exchange RPi/UDOO camera module between two boards? Can we remove the IR filter on UDOO camera module? Thanks, Michael
the RPi camera is not directly compatible regarding removing the IR filter from the UDOO camera module, as with any camera module, its likely 'technically' possible but most certainly be 'at own risk'. but its not been posted we dont have much info on it yet
Info about the UDOO camera can be found here viewtopic.php?f=22&t=321 I checked a couple of videos about removing the IR filter from the RPi camera and I have to say it is a very invasive/destructive procedure the guy of one of the videos broke 3 cameras before succeed! That said, I think its possible.
