Hey, guys. I'm trying to play a short video using VLC and it's not working. The video lags and/or is choppy. Is there another player I could use? It's the "help me obi-won" message from Star Wars for my R2-D2 project. I'm running a PHP web server and trying to execute the command line to launch the video then close VLC. I got the MP3s to work... I just can't get this short video clip to work. Any other tips/tricks you know would be helpful.
It is not possible to play video as the imx6sx process doesn't support hw video decoding. You only thing you can try is limiting the CPU overhead by playing a low resolution video ie 320x480 or lower.
