    Hello,

Since 1 week, i'm trying to upload sketch on my UDOO Board without success, still getting the message :

    "No device found"

I've tried with the Arduino IDE patched on Windows and Linux. It simply doesn't work...

I think i'm in front of a hardware problem, the SAM3 is so hot that I can't touch it more than 2 sec, but the imx6 is working properly.

So i've posted a support request via the form in the website Saturday and at the moment, i don't have any answer...

How long does it take to have an answer from the support ?

Someone can help me ? :)

    Thanks

    Hi raphui,

i've never experienced this kind of hotness with my UDOO Quad so maybe it could be an hardware problem but just to be sure:
    - Did you remove the j18 jumper before uploading the sketch?
    - Have you tried uploading the sketch from the i.mx6 using ubuntu? If not give it a try and let me know.

    Cheers

    Hello,

Thank you for the reply :)

Yes I remove the J18 before upload the sketch, still getting "No device found". I also try to upload from i.mx6 but it's the same things...

So i guess it's an hardware problem. Please open a new ticket http://www.udoo.org/customer-care/ with the help topic "Return Merchandise Application", we'll handle your issue there.

    Cheers
