I am looking to put a touch screen on my Udoo, when I get it.
Sadly I am not that up on hardware, more of a software person.

Which type can I use resistive or capacitive type?
    Use a 4 or 5 wire?
It is a I2C interface, is their a driver for it or will I have to write one?

    Thanks for your answers

Hang on a couple of weeks.

I have a touchscreen here on my desk waiting for the board to arrive. When it does we'll write it up in detail and hopefully answer your questions. Will be worth it as it will be a dirt cheap solution.

Couldnt you find one that works good for the arduino shield and use it on the udoo? but I have no idea if the touch screen would just work for micro controller part of the udoo or the whole thing.

I have some touchscreens on the desk being tested at the moment. Details in a week or so.

Note: Both I2C and USB touch is working
