I have an X86 that is at least two years old and today it will not post. I power it on and there is no output to the connected screen and the fan stays at high speed. The power LED is green for about 20 to 30 seconds then goes yellow for 5 seconds then powers up again with the same results. I tried another power supply and even unplugged the SATA SSD, memory stick, and bluetooth module I had connected and I get the same results. I removed the battery backup and tried again and still no go.
Is there other troubleshooting I could try?
