    Hi,
I have a Udoo bolt V8 with win10 pro installed. I would like to add a WiFi/BT module. The official accessory sold by udoo is "Intel® Dual Band Wireless Wi-Fi kit w/ 3168.NGWG AC and Bluetooth 4.2 module".
Can I buy a newer Intel AC adapter, for example Intel® Wireless-AC 9260, or I have to stay to the 3168 module?
    Thanks

You must make sure the adapter is not CNVi ("Connectivity Integration", Intel Integrated Connectivity I/O interface) which requires specific Intel chipsets that have the MAC and other parts inside the processor and you need to buy only the radio module to work at all.
Some websites mention the AC 9260 is not CNVi so you might be good to go.

Thanks, this is what I understood after some reading in the forum and elsewhere. I ordered an AX200 (non vpro version) found as a kit with connectors and antennas. I'll let you know about.
