Hello, I wanna programming the sam microcontroler with bossac software and Atmel Studio 7. But bossac don't recognizer the CP210x USB to UART bridge. I'm unplugged the J18, and have a sdcard connect in the board. What i can do to work this. Thanks.

The SD card is the prime suspect here. On many SAM boards, the SD card shares the same SPI/UART bus, and it can "hog" the lines or cause a voltage drop that prevents the CP210x ksupport from talking to the chip.
