Hi, My X86 Ultra DCin power connector broke and I'm wondering if I can power up the board via USB in order to backup data from the eMMC
I was going to anyway to buy a X86 II so I'd rather retrieve the data than repair the board
    Thanks a lot

While you can't power the X86 Ultra through the USB-A ports (which are output-only), you can often power it via the 40-pin GPIO header. By connecting a stable 5V supply to the 5V pins (typically pins 2 or 4) and a ground to a GND pin (such as pin 6), the board should boot. Just be cautious, as this bypasses some protection circuitry; ensure your power source is a steady 5V to avoid damaging the eMMC or SoC before you can finish your backup.
