mil, unsigned, maybe there's something wrong with the MicroSD card. Have you tried to flash a different SD?

    Hi mil,
I have recently experienced the same issue with my Udoo. Previously it booted up no problem. Now the only way I can get it to boot up again is to remove all power connections. That is the main DC connection and external PC from CN6. Wait for at least 5 minutes. Then plug in the DC connector and the board boots up immediately. I suspect something is locking up the board and the only way to reset it is to allow time for discharge of power from the board.

Thanks Mike i am happy for your reply, but is a mistery.
Oook you have found the problem ....Very well !!!
I understand now that the problem is for more people ..
I think the problem is hardware system..
I'm waiting for reply from the udoo developers.
    Thanks Mike !!

I guess your next step now is to open a new ticket in our Customer Care section: http://www.udoo.org/customer-care/ explaining the issue and, if they confirm the hardware problem, return the board asking for a new one.
