Upload code to Arduino through Serial USB connection.

Hello,

I have done these steps :

1. Boot the Udoo with as serial usb connection.
2. Interupt the countdown.
3. Remove jumper 18 and end the serial usb connection.
4. Start the Arduino IDE on my main laptop(same one connected to the Udoo through usb cabel).
5. Upload code to the Arduino(This dosent work).

I have tried all possible programmer settings, have anyone tried this? How did you guys configure your ARDUINO IDE?

splended, seems like i messed up a couple of things there, the manual was a bit more confusing.
