hi, I installed Linaro latest release, I installed vnc server and I followed all the steps in the tutorial to make sure that you start the server every time I reboot the udoo, but it does not work unless you manually start the server, I you say why?
    Thanks

had the same problem. now i use xRDP. works every time - even after reboot. found this how2:
    http://www.unixmen.com/install-xrdp-in-ubuntu-13-04/.
gnome desktop:applications internet desktop sharing - allow to view desktop.
windows: i use : vnc viewer or remote desktop connection

    to configure xrdp.ini: nano /etc/xrdp/xrdp.ini

    Good look!!!

You can use latest UDOOBuntu image, VNC Server is already included and started on boot. So you won't require additional steps to configure it.
