Node version is v8.14.0, I had done sudo apt-get update and then sudo apt-get upgrade, in an effort to fix the issue.
Other thing I had done was to install udoo-iot-cloud-client, which keep resulting in failed to start error.
I removed udoo-iot-cloud-client, since I it did not work anyways. The web control panel is still not working.
