angoll, in my opinion the fastest way is to reflash your SD card with the brand new 12.04 OS. That will solve all the issues you're having.
Have you tried to follow our troubleshooting guide? http://www.udoo.org/faq-items/why-my-udoo-wont-boot/ If you did that and nothing has changed...

Maybe something went wrong during the dd. Try to reflash your SD card with the updated version of Ubuntu 12.04 and try again.
