When Udoo was new, I got a Quad board when they were first released. I also got a 15.6" display. Before I could attach the display, our house was hit by lightning and the Udoo and other SBC's were trashed.

I now have an x86 Advanced or Ultra. Is there anyway that I can use the large display, or I should just toss it in the trash?

You need to buy a suitable "HDMI to LVDS" board with the matching cable set.
(Yours seems to be an Innolux LVDS SI8L, 5V, 1366x768 type LCD panel.)

This combination turns it into a regular HDMI monitor.
P.S. you can just go to a retail store buying a new, better quality HDMI monitor for a cheaper price
