Hi! For my mistake, I connected a power supply of 15 volts instead of 12 volts. The backlight isn't detected and I don't see nothing in the display. I wonder if it is possible that something is broken as the source of backlight or may be a motherboard failure. Could I fix easily? The touch screen work fine. Regards! Thanks!
Dear Teleco88, in the documentation of UDOO NEO and UDOO QUAD and also on the presentation page of the monitor into the shop is written not to provide more than 12 v to the board. I'm sorry but most probably you have burned it.
