   There is a open source software known as automoutive linux(http://docs.automotivelinux.org/). It supports Raspberry Pi 2/3. Will it support the udoo neo/dual /quad boards ?

   You would need to do the porting yourself if you want to support AGL, there are some yocto receipes that can provide a starting point.
