    Hey there,

I'm new to the SBC world and therefore dont really know if the CPU used on the udoo bolt boosts on all cores like a normal cpu or just on 1 core (and the others are locked on their base clock.)

it uses a ryzen cpu, so i assume it has a similar boost algorythm, meaning:
    it'll boost if:
    temps are ok
power isn't exceeding too much (aka saving the voltage regulators long term)
    cores that are utilized

the stock 12w tdp is for everything at stock speed, so i assume the 25w tdp is with everything at boost levels. (i assume)

giving the fact that the bolt has 3 power stages for the APU (correct me if i'm wrong?) i expect it to boost on all core to around 2.5ghz shortly, then slowly drooping down to it's stock speed.

for singlecore load i hope it does 2.8ghz (assuming that all other cores are mostly inactive)

to answer your question directly without all the back details:
it can boost alll core (if it uses the same tech as the desktop parts), it just won't boost as high as a single core can. (usually limited by the power supply or heatsink)
