Custom Android ISO

Hello,

I am working on a projet which requires some specifications from Android (root access, custom homepage...) so I am currently running an Android Virtual Machine on my computer to fully customize it then install it on a potential UDOO NEO.
But I am wondering how can I be sure that my Virtual Machine ISO would run on the UDOO NEO, so I was thinking that it would be preferable for me to start to customize the Android ISO you are providing with the UDOO NEO.

So can you tell me please which Android ISO would work on the NEO and where can I download it please ?
